As a life long coffee lover, and a vegetarian (now vegan) since the 1980s, I have tried a lot of different soy and nut milks with espresso brewed coffee over the years. Bonsoy always stands out for its sheer quality. It has a beautiful, mild flavour (i.e., it is not ‘beany’ like many soy milks), while it has very high protein and full fat levels which give it great body and creaminess. It also froths pretty well. And just a side note: the fat is low in saturates and contains no cholesterol. I find that coffee made with Bonsoy is perfectly acceptable to even the nonvegetarian members of my family, and that is saying something!
