PID
The programmable PID controls the coffee boiler temperature to within 1 degree. This eliminates the need to flush overheated water, common on heat-exchange machines, before pouring your shot. You set your preferred temperature and make changes to experiment on how temperature affects the flavour profile. The PID doubles as a shot clock during the espresso pour
Dual boiler
Separate coffee water and steam boilers allow you to make coffee and steam milk at the same time. Unlike an HX machine, with dual boilers, there is no crossover or compromise. Set the brew boiler temperature to your requirements via the PID for a consistent, stable coffee temperature.
Brew pressure gauge
The brew pressure gauge allows you to monitor the coffee brewing pressure from pre-infusion to final extraction.
Over Pressure Valve
An adjustable OPV (Overpressure valve) limits the group head pressure for optimal extraction.
No burn steam wand
The steam wand produces a powerful dry steam ideal for texturing milk. The ball joint connection allows perfect positioning of the steam wand. The commercial soft-close valve provides easy steam pressure control with minimal wear. Cool-touch technology makes the wand easier to handle and easier to clean as milk is less likely to bake on.
