The Lelit Elizabeth PL92T V3 espresso coffee machine is a dual boiler machine designed and manufactured by Lelit coffee machines in Italy.  The Elizabeth has a commercial 58mm group, programmable PID coffee and steam boilers, timed shots and programmable pre-infusion.  Elizabeth V3 is the first water tank only machine to have true preinfusion. Pressure from the steam boiler via the coffee boiler pre-infuses the coffee puck with water for a programmable pre-infusion time before the extraction. With a brushed stainless steel cabinet, a heat-up time of just 10 minutes and the ability to pour shots and steam milk simultaneously, this is the ideal machine for cafe-quality coffee in a busy home.
