Description

The Jura GIGA X3 Gen II coffee machine is a fully automatic Swiss-made coffee machine using fresh coffee beans and fresh milk. In self-service mode, 8 drinks can be selected on the touch screen. The 8 selections can be positioned, programmed and named to suit your requirements. In the staff mode, up to 32 drinks can be selected. Coffee strength, water and milk quantity can be easily changed to suit your personal preference without changing programmed settings. Simply start the milk system clean (<1 min) and walk away at the end of the day. Milk is automatically drawn from the milk fridge and dispensed directly into the cup at your programmed temperature. Adding the optional ProSteam milk steamer allows staff to steam their milk choice from lactose-free to soy, oat and almond.

Cleaning procedures

Cleaning procedures for the Jura GIGA X3 Gen II coffee machine with links to the cleaning products required for each procedure. In metro Melbourne or Sydney, you will get 300 litres (Approx. 2,000 cups) between filter changes with a Claris Pro and 750 litres (Approx. 5,000 cups) between filter changes with a Claris Maxi Pro.

Daily milk system clean

Perform: At the end of each day just before the machine is turned off
Purpose: Removes milk residue to ensure a clean milk path
Use: Jura cappuccino cleaner or Cafetto daily milk frother cleaner
Duration: Approx. 1 min

Weekly milk system clean

Perform: At the end of each day just before the machine is turned off
Purpose: Removes milk residue to ensure a clean milk path
Use: Cafetto weekly milk frother cleaner
Duration: Approx. 1 min

Coffee system clean

Perform: When prompted every 180 coffees
Purpose: Removes coffee oil to maintain the quality of the coffee

Changing the filter
