Coffee Machine delivery - Delivery of coffee machines may take longer than indicated above. You will be advised of your delivery date within 24 hours of placing your coffee machine order.
Orders are usually delivered between 8.30 am and 1 pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise the exact time. If you will not be available to accept your delivery please contact us and we will arrange an alternative delivery day and if required an alternative address.
Parcels delivered via Toll Priority must be signed for on delivery.
Parcels delivered via Australia post may require a signature depending on the items ordered and whether or not someone is at home to receive the delivery.
Yes, the client services team at My Coffee Shop can track your order through the Toll Priority track and trace facility. All you need to do is contact us by phone or email and we will track your parcel and give you an update.
Alternatively, if you have provided an email address at the time of order, you will receive an email from Toll Priority with tracking details.
Australia Post Parcels cannot be tracked.
Yes, you can. We understand that one size does not fit all.

It's OK, both Toll Priority and Australia Post will have left a card with details on how to arrange redelivery.

Christmas is a very busy time for all of our clients. To avoid disappointment and ensure your order is delivered on time for Christmas please allow an extra 1-4 days for items ordered as Christmas gifts.
Orders placed after this time may not arrive before Christmas day, due to varying shut downtimes and delays.

Toll Priority delivery to Metropolitan MELBOURNE: Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm Thursday 16th December.
Toll Priority Overnight delivery to Australia Wide: Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm Monday 20th December.
Toll Priority Standard or Off-Peak delivery to ALL OTHER AREAS OF AUSTRALIA: Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm on Monday 13th.
Australia Post:
Standard Parcel Post: Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm on Monday 13th.
Express Post within the Express Post Network (check austpost.com.au for details): Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm Monday 20th December.
Christmas Shutdown:
We will be closed from 2 pm on Friday 24th December at 2021 and will re-open on Tuesday 4th January 2022 at 9 am.
Orders placed after 1.30 pm on Christmas Eve will be dispatched upon our return on 4th January 2021.
