Who will deliver my order?

At My Coffee Shop, we use Toll Priority to deliver your orders.  We use a combination of air and road freight to ensure your orders are delivered to you on time.
Should you wish, you can alternatively choose to have your orders delivered via Australia Post - AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERIES TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO SEVERE DELAYS

 

Does My Coffee Shop deliver outside of Australia?

At this time My Coffee Shop only delivers to Australia and it's territories.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to international visitors to this site.
As a service to our international visitors, My Coffee Shop can deliver all of our products as gifts to individuals within Australia.

Coffee Machine delivery - Delivery of coffee machines may take longer than indicated above.  You will be advised of your delivery date within 24 hours of placing your coffee machine order.

 

What time will my order be delivered?

Orders are usually delivered between 8.30 am and 1 pm.  Unfortunately, we are unable to advise the exact time.  If you will not be available to accept your delivery please contact us and we will arrange an alternative delivery day and if required an alternative address.

 

Do I need to sign for my order?

Parcels delivered via Toll Priority must be signed for on delivery.
Parcels delivered via Australia post may require a signature depending on the items ordered and whether or not someone is at home to receive the delivery.

 

Can I track my order through My Coffee Shop?

Yes, the client services team at My Coffee Shop can track your order through the Toll Priority track and trace facility.  All you need to do is contact us by phone or email and we will track your parcel and give you an update.
Alternatively, if you have provided an email address at the time of order, you will receive an email from Toll Priority with tracking details.
Australia Post Parcels cannot be tracked.

 

Can I arrange a different method of delivery?

Yes, you can.  We understand that one size does not fit all.

To arrange an alternative courier of your choice:
Place your order by email, phone or fax  Please contact us for further details.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for the goods once they have been collected by your courier.

 

I've missed the delivery van - what do I do now?

It's OK, both Toll Priority and Australia Post will have left a card with details on how to arrange redelivery. 
If for some reason you have not received a card from Toll Priority or Australia Post please contact us by phone or email and we will investigate this further for you.

Both My Coffee Shop and Toll Priority pride themselves on providing great service.  If you have some feedback on our delivery service, please contact us by phone or email.  All feedback is followed up.

Christmas Orders 2020

Christmas is a very busy time for all of our clients.  To avoid disappointment and ensure your order is delivered on time for Christmas please allow an extra 1-4 days for items ordered as Christmas gifts.  
Orders placed after this time may not arrive before Christmas day, due to varying shut downtimes and delays.

OUR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUIDE IS AS FOLLOWS:

Toll Priority:

Toll Priority delivery to Metropolitan MELBOURNE: Orders should be placed by 2.30 pm Tuesday 22nd December.

Toll Priority Overnight delivery to Australia Wide: Orders should be placed by 2.30 pm Tuesday 22nd December.

Toll Priority Standard or Off-Peak delivery to ALL OTHER AREAS OF AUSTRALIA: Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm on Tuesday 15th.

Australia Post:

Standard Parcel Post: Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm on Tuesday 15th.

Express Post within the Express Post Network (check austpost.com.au for details): Orders should be placed by 1.30 pm Tuesday 22nd December.

Christmas Shutdown:

We will be closed from 2 pm on Thursday 24th December at 2019 and will re-open on Monday 4th January 2020 at 9 am.

Orders:
Orders placed after ​1.30 pm on Christmas Eve will be dispatched upon our return on 4th January.
