Premium K7 beans
Zoom Coffee is roasted from the finest grade of K7 variety arabica beans, containing about half the caffeine content of Robusta varieties. The northern NSW region yields coffee that is sweet, medium bodied with noted acidity. Zoom Coffee has up to 20% lower caffeine levels than other Arabica varieties making it particularly stomach friendly.
Pesticide Free Plantation
The plantations are fully pesticide free . This program optimises the balance between soil management and environmental issues, enabling production of high quality coffee…consistently.
The plantation site is 290-320 metres above sea level, an optimal height for growing premium grade coffee in sub-tropical areas.In the Northern New South Wales the coffee plant flowers in late spring /early summer, covering the branches with small white flowers that resemble jasmine in both appearance and scent. The coffee cherry begins to ripen to a deep red colour between July to November.
